- AJAlison JohnsonDec 14, 20251.0My dad, a quadriplegic, needed an antibiotic for a bad infection in his foot that is rapidly spreading. We left urgent care and were going to arrive ONE MINUTE after their closing time. My dad called to tell them he really needed the prescription and to ask if they’d wait and we would only be one minute late. The girl was very rude and said they close at 4. I drove as fast as I could and we pulled in at 3:59 and they already had the drive through closed. I ran inside and even though there were 4 employees, they refused to help. My dad has been getting his prescriptions there since they opened. I have never dealt with such rude, unhelpful staff. I hope none of their loved ones ever needs a prescription and runs into such unhelpful staff. Can’t wait for the Walgreens to open across the street!
