I received the text that my glasses were ready and immediately hopped in my car and was on my way. I arrived 7 minutes before close, knowing I was cutting it close, but I was shocked when the gates were down! I just needed to pick up my glasses that I had already paid for and there were still employees inside, but as soon as I got out of my car and approached the door they walked to the back. I didn't want to be a jerk about it so I got back in my car. Very frustrating!

Sheryl was very helpful and patient with us as we made selections of a series of eyeglasses. We made several changes, and had plenty of questions about our options and what our insurance cover. She patiently answered all the questions we had, making this a pleasant experience for me and my husband.

I’m extremely disappointed with Lenscrafters! Normally they do everything to make customers happy with purchases but failed me this time well in the last few years visits recently my contacts have been unusually difficult for them to get right but this last time was a total failure.. I went in February for a contact fitting got trial pair which didn’t work the first time which by the way it usually takes about two tries but the second time I got a pair that seemed to work so I called to get my six month pair ordered by phone I received them by mail to my home didn’t open them until a couple of months later because I still had a couple of contacts from my previous purchase but once I opened the new ones I came to find out that they where incorrect I couldn’t see right through them and where some what uncomfortable so I immediately called and let them know they suggested to make an appointment to once get refitted had to this at least 3 more times to get them fixed but now cause I opened a box of contacts that weren’t right for me I am being told that unfortunately they can’t refund or work something out to make it right now I have to repurchase but this without my insurance $130 benefit that I used up so now I have to cough up full price which aren’t cheap only because somehow they got them wrong in the first place so I guess it’s my problem now!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 been a loyal customer for 10* years and this is how a loyal customer gets treated! Thanks Lenscrafters’s

Doris was great and very patient with me. I always spend a really long time picking my frames and she was very helpful and found frames that were in my budget and in the color I wanted. Would definitely recommend this place! I’ve been going for years!

I wouldnt go here again for glasses. I have really good vision insurance and still had to pay way more than expected for a simple pair of reading glasses. When I went to pick them up they handed me the case with my glasses in it, told me there was a mirror I could look in if I wanted and if they didn't fit right I could come back for an adjustment. I've bought multiple pairs of glasses over the years. I've never received such impersonal service. I will go somewhere else for an adjustment (they are slipping off my face) as they are always busy and once you purchase the glasses service is out the window. I don't recommend going here and I'll suggest to friends and family they go somewhere else.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
