- JHJordan HansenMar 6, 20241.0This office has poor communication and a general lack of respect for patients. Their billing department is a joke. Every time I’ve had to get in touch with them it takes days to get a response. They have caused more stress than they fixed

They do not return messages. I eventually found a back door email and they told me to message another email address. They didn't respond. I followed up several times. They said I'd need to talk to the receptionist. The same receptionist I tried calling in the first place, that doesn't pick up the phone. If they're your only choice, then good luck to you.

Tiana is always right on time to make sure I get everything I need and everyone else there treats you like you are human and not something different just because you are trying to better your life and make changes. I live all the way in Ogden and still travel there for my visits because I’ve never been to a doctors office that has treated me so well. (Micas)
