Everyone there, Dr Hansen, the nurses, therapist and even the sweet receptionist helped me so much to get through detox! I literally could not have done it without their knowledge and support. And the therapist who pushed me to do detox I owe so much to. If you are needing help this is the place to turn to. My life is so much better than it was when I started at altium. My relationships are better. My mental and physical health are better. I'm learning to love myself again. I owe so much of it to Altium for helping me find my strength again!
- DBDevin ButcherJun 13, 20231.0If you like waiting on hold for questions you need answered, not being responded to by email for your prescription refills, and being blatantly disregarded in care because of your work schedule; this is the mental health care facility for you. No one answers the phone, and when they do you’re immediately put on hold. I have to take time off work (pre schedule a minimum of 2 weeks in advance) in order to go to appointments here, because of their operating hours. So when the receptionist who never seems to hear the phone ring does answer and schedule me, it would be so awesome if they scheduled me with the CORRECT person; so I don’t have to miss my appointment, miss prescription refills and go through the struggle of trying to find more time off work while seeing when Altium is even available. This place gets more insane by the day. If there is any way to see a different doctor or therapist, please save yourself and go to any mental health facility that does care about people’s mental health.
