  Store refused to refund my entire order after they cancelled half of my online order due to out of stock issues. (Update store had plenty of stock on the item) Dealing with corporate now to finish refund and that is also a joke. This company has no care its customers. Update #2 Stopped by the store to try to finish refund and spoke with Hunter who is a 5 star employee! He apologized for the other employees actions and the customer service call center employee who also didn’t follow through on their promise to call me back on the refund process. Hunter however was extremely courteous and a shining example of how customer service can lead to extra sales. He was extremely helpful and was able to get me the products I wanted to buy.

  Second time I've come to this location and they are closed during business hours. Seems like an ongoing issue and nothing being done to fix it. Hopefully the manager/owner does something to correct this. I can help if you need my services. Let me know

  Adding my review to the already many reviews complaining about the store not being open during advertised hours. Someone really needs to troubleshoot this location…

  It's 6:53 and it's already closed up when it was supposed to be open til 7pm. This is not the first time with this location had been randomly closed before hours as well. There had been multiple times during winter probably the only associate would be running the place would put a sign up on the door saying they left to lunch or the bathroom. I tried to call GNC directly that night to let the owners of this franchise know whoever they hired for their night shift is closing their store for long periods of time. Either way I don't write many reviews but I hate wasting my time getting off I-15 to come to this store on my way to gym. Hopefully I saved a few potential customers the disappointment of having to waste their time coming here as well.
