We had our doctor call in a prescription YESTERDAY MORNING for my fiancé and then we she called 20 minutes ago to ask if it was ready they said it won’t be ready til after lunch. You mean to tell me it takes you 24 hours to fill a bottle with the right pills? Either fire your ENTIRE staff and get some competent workers in, or just try having some high standards for once. If you want your prescription done right, you can probably get better service from the bum sitting on the corner outside.

They told me it will take about two hours and I called in about two hours and they told me all they needed to do was count them, so give them another hour. I patiently waited and I went in and got my prescription and when I went home, they shorted me half of my prescription and did not even circle the Quantity of my prescription and did not get signed off by a pharmacist.
