Bear River Mental Health Services

Our Tremonton mental health treatment facility, available to all age groups, including families, is shared with the local health department. This joint facility offers ease of access to individuals requiring our mental health services as well as substance abuse treatment. Our clinic provides a full array of mental health services, which are evidence based, medically necessary, and delivered according to best practice guidelines. Services may include individual/group therapy, case management, skills building, respite, crisis, or medication management to name a few.
