  My recent encounter at this dialysis facility has left me utterly disheartened and appalled. The complete absence of available technicians to hook patients up for their scheduled dialysis treatment raises serious questions about the facility's management. It is abundantly clear that the facility lacks a competent manager who can effectively oversee the operations, including the facilities, technicians, and nurses. The sheer disregard for patient well-being and the subsequent delays warrant a scathing review. The concept of scheduled chair times for dialysis treatment is rendered completely meaningless when there are no technicians available to fulfill their responsibilities. It not only wastes patients' valuable time but also jeopardizes their health and safety. The utter lack of preparation and negligence in ensuring adequate staffing showcases the facility's incompetence and its indifference towards fulfilling its fundamental obligations to patients. The facility's managerial shortcomings are woefully apparent. It is evident that the manager lacks the necessary expertise and competence to efficiently manage the facilities and the medical staff. This lack of leadership has led to an environment of chaos and disarray. The technicians and nurses appear to be left to their own devices, lacking proper guidance and support. This blatant failure in management has dire consequences for patients, who are left to bear the brunt of the facility's utter lack of professionalism and care. During my recent visit, the appalling lack of timeliness and organization was truly disheartening. I endured a frustrating wait of 25 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, and to make matters worse, it took a staggering one hour and five minutes after my arrival before i left, no treatment. The disregard for punctuality, accountability, and patient well-being was staggering. No explanations or apologies were offered for the excessive delays, further highlighting the facility's lack of respect for its patients. This facility's negligence and incompetence have left me deeply disillusioned and concerned for the well-being of other patients. The lack of technician availability, coupled with the inept management, paints a distressing picture of an establishment that fails to meet even the most basic standards of patient care. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this facility. Patients deserve an environment that values their health, respects their time, and prioritizes their well-being. It is imperative to find an alternative facility that upholds professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to patient care. Save yourself the anguish and frustration by seeking treatment elsewhere, where your needs will be properly met and respected.

  Very disrespectful and very dirty compared to the other fresenius. And staff is always talking a different language among each other with makes you somewhat uncomfortable.

  Im a Driver and Ive brought two patient there. Ive been treated with NO RESPECT. My patients have done nothing but complain. Ive been to many Dialysis places and Oquirrh is the only place that has been this bad and Disrecpectful
