I call to check on a prescription and they tell me it will be ready in 2 hours, stop by almost 4 hours later and it's still not ready! If this was an occasional thing it wouldn't be an issue, but it happens almost anytime I stop in to pickup my wife's medication.

Actually listened to this guy talked behind our back to the other pharmacist telling them to make ups come the next day. My baby was next to me crying with a fever and a infection.

The only reason I'm rating this as high as I am is because of them. There are a lot of issues that they also have to deal with. These staff need a raise. The app is terrible and needs an overhaul. I still use them as my primary pharmacy but sometimes I'm told by them to go elsewhere because they have no idea when they will next have a medication.
