Summit Home Health & Hospice opened it's doors in Washington County in 2019. We have been actively promoting Home Health and Hospice services in Northern Utah since 2005.
Summit Home Health & Hospice employs Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants as well as therapy staff including: Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists. Together, we provide Home Health care to seniors and other home-bound patients. Our Hospice services provide Social Services and Chaplin visits in addition to other assistance as needed. Summit Home Health & Hospice became Medicare and Medicaid certified in Washington County in 2020.
