  They got me in the same day for an eye exam and loved my experience! They were quick, informative and appreciated the staff. Eye exams for me are stressful and I felt very taken care of and felt that I could actually tell the difference between "1 and 2"!

  4.8 stars. We took our daughter in for glasses and had a really solid experience. One thing I really appreciated was that they didn’t hover or pressure us—they gave us space to look around and decide. That helped a lot since my wife is pretty picky and likes to take her time. We’ve been to about three other places before this, including Excel Optical and Achieve Vision, and the biggest issue was durability. Even though my daughter is pretty careful, she’s still a kid… and her previous glasses were breaking constantly. We were using warranties every 1–2 months, and sometimes even paying out of pocket for replacements. Here, it’s a completely different setup. You get a full year on the frames, which is huge. The lenses have a shorter window (a couple months), but that’s understandable. What really stood out though—we actually lost a nose pad while trying to deep clean the frames (not my idea 😅), and they still replaced the frame for free. That kind of service goes a long way. The frames themselves feel much more durable, and the selection is on another level. At places like Excel or Achieve Vision, you’re looking at maybe one wall with around 80–100 frames total for men, women, and kids—and honestly, the frames there just didn’t hold up for us. Here, you’ve got multiple walls plus floor displays—way more options and noticeably better quality. And honestly, the most mind-blowing part—they can have your glasses ready in about an hour. No waiting two weeks or making a second trip. You pick your frames and get them the same day. Overall, just short of a perfect 5, but easily one of the best experiences we’ve had getting glasses for our daughter. Definitely coming back.
