  I was very pleased with my visit. I appreciated the nurse who took care of me. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. The receptionist was also accommodating with me and friendly.

  I wouldn’t recommend this facility if you’re having eye problems. I have had issues for decades with my eyes and went to see this clinic as my old physician retired. The provider I saw seemed truly disinterested and I left with no answers. I’m now searching again for an ophthalmologist.

  Dr. Lever refused to do any of the testing needed to figure out my dry eye pain. He even went as far to describe the life ruining pain I deal with every day as “icky”. Beyond infantilizing. Massive waste of my time, please see someone else if you want someone who’s going to actually help you and take you seriously. It seems corrupt to suggest surgeries before even running any official tests that I had requested to figure out exactly WHY the issue is happening. I left the appointment feeling even more helpless in this than I had before. I will be seeing someone else who will actually take my suffering seriously. Dr. Lever is nothing more than a little man with a big ego.

  Dr. Lever was exceptional in how he handled my eyelid surgery. I opted to not use anesthesia, but just have him use local anesthesia, and I was so impressed how easy it was! And I walked out all on my own -- no having to recover from a general anesthesia! Also, Dr. Lever has an exceptional team of medical assistants. They make Dr. Lever look really efficient and they were each, personally, very professional! Thank you for an uncomplicated surgery!

  I went to TruVision today to get a second opinion on a previous appointment at another clinic. My eyesight was continually getting worse and I had no idea why, other than the previous Dr. Said it was part of old age. The receptionist at the Ogden TruVision office couldn't get me in for several weeks, but if I could go to the Roy office, they could get me in in 3 weeks. I appreciated that a lot. The day of my appt. I was so impressed with the tech that just came in and efficiently began testing my vision. She answered all of my questions, so by the time Dr. Swift came in, I had formulated any questions I had. I came away knowing what was happening, why it was happening, and what could be done. The news that I'm losing my eyesight was devastating to me, but when I left the office, we had a plan in place to try and slow the progression. I appreciated the honest and up front information Dr. Swift gave me.
