    Always very helpful. It is easy to speak to the pharmacist. We are in SS and they do everything to make sure we get the best price for our medications. If a medication is a bit expensive the call toake sure we want to get it. They make it easy to get necessary vaccinations and always make us feel important to them. We truly enjoy their techs. I will happily give them 5 stars

    I have been a customer for 12 years. The service has completely changed. I really hope you treat the people you care about better than you have treated me the last three months. The way you speak to people is arrogant and demoralizing. There is only one person there that still cares. She is a lady pharmacy technician. Unfortunately I don’t believe there is anyone that can change the behavior of the pharmacists themselves. This pharmacy will continue to treat people (paying customers) like lesser than human beings. I will be changing pharmacies and grocery stores and it won’t be another smiths . Dee and Richie would be ashamed and embarrassed by the treatment of their customers.

    My husband was suffering from another cluster headache. I walked in to purchase some injections for him .After several attempts at another Smiths I was discouraged.... The technician dropped all she was doing to help me. Within 10 minutes I was on my way with prescription in hand. Amazing customer service! Thank uou!!!
