  My Experience with this Smiths is they are Rude and Inpatient! I've only met one pharmacy tech there and that's Kim.The Rest act like they Hate there job and treat Patients Horribly! So I'm transferring my Profile to another Pharmacy!

  Feel very frustrated with this pharmacy - I was treated very poorly. They consistently miss my auto refills and I have to call them in Every time. They charge for things other pharmacies give customers for free. Another frustration is how they consistently ignore those waiting in line and choose to chat with customers (save this for when there isn't a line). I moved my prescriptions after 4 months of this crap...

  The bat lady. She's been nicknamed this by my whole family, as well as friends. She's the one that is constantly rude - she tends to act as if her experience means she's more than you. I wish I was projecting, since she's been so nasty to me sometimes, I've cried. Many times she has said my scripts will be filled, just to call me up & admonish me for not being aware of something. If my doctor says they have the prescription, why am I required to know the ins & outs of being able to fill said script? Anyway. Bat lady, I cringe anytime I see you. I try to work with the pharmacist or any of the other capable techs. But anytime you help me... I say a little prayer that you treat the people in your life better.

  I arrived in 15 minutes before close to fill an rx for my 4 year old son who had extensive dental work done today. The lady huffed and gave her coworker 'eyes' when I handed her the prescription and politely stated I'd like to fill it. By my own fault, I had my medical insurance ID number not my dental ID number ready. However, as soon as the tech realized that, she started closing their gates on me and saying I could pay cash ($60) or leave..... I get it, its 5 minutes to close and you want to go home. But you're a pharmacy, a medical professional. Unacceptable by industry standards. Will not return to this Smith's pharmacy for any reason.

  My husband was suffering from another cluster headache. I walked in to purchase some injections for him .After several attempts at another Smiths I was discouraged.... The technician dropped all she was doing to help me. Within 10 minutes I was on my way with prescription in hand. Amazing customer service! Thank uou!!!
