  I recently switched to this office after a bad experience elsewhere, and I’m so glad I did. They took the time to review my dental history, explain what needed attention, and create a plan that worked for my schedule and budget. I finally feel like I have a dental team I can trust long-term.

  From the moment you walk in, the energy is different. It’s welcoming, organized, and calm. The hygienist was thorough but gentle, and the dentist took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find healthcare providers who genuinely care — this is one of those rare places.

  I have mixed feelings about my recent experience here, though there were some definite highlights. My dental hygienist, Devin, was absolutely fantastic, she’s a star! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of the process to me. I felt very comfortable in her chair and really appreciated her professionalism. The administrative side was a bit of a headache. After Devin quoted me a price for a crown, I went to the front office only to be quoted an amount that was nearly double what we discussed. It felt very much like a "bait and switch" situation. I actually had to return on my own time with the paperwork Devin had given me to get the original quote honored. It was eventually resolved as a "misunderstanding," but it was a lot of extra work for me to get the fair price. I wasn't particularly impressed with the dentist's bedside manner. During both the initial procedure and the follow-up to get my permanent crown, he hardly spoke or acknowledged me. It felt very cold and unfriendly, which doesn't help when you're already stressed about dental work. In the future I will double check my paperwork and also ask more direct questions.

  I’ve been coming to this office for over three years, and the consistency in care is outstanding. The team always remembers personal details about my family, which makes the visits feel warm and personal rather than clinical. Recently, I had a crown procedure done, and I was nervous going in. The dentist explained each step before starting and made sure I was completely numb and comfortable. The procedure was efficient, and the final result looks completely natural. Billing is transparent, and they work well with insurance, which I really appreciate. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines skill, kindness, and professionalism so seamlessly.

  It's been about 4-5 years since I've gone to a dentist. And you guessed it, I needed a ton of work done. Cavities & wisdom teeth. It's been about a week since I got my wisdom teeth out & fixed my cavities and they did a great job! They've also done a cleaning on me and that was a good experience. All around a great experience from all the appointments I had, everyone is very kind and hard working. I've had a lot of questions and they've answered every single one of them, never felt rushed. Everytime I've brought my baby with me they're always so kind to him too. Everytime I walk in I'm always greeted with a smile and "how are youuuu?" Which is good. Overall every one here is very kind, they do amazing work, they fixed me up when I was in baaaad shape and kept in contact with me with my wisdom teeth and cavities. Learn from me and don't wait so long to get your teeth done! Lol. I highly recommend this place overall <3 for today when I went in for a check up the energy was different from certain staff members. The regular staff I see was great pur usual. And then I heard some of the girls talking badly about one of the clients (or me idk), but they were trash talking a patient and I just gotta say if you're going to trash talk about any of your clients don't do it near patients doors where they can hear you, I don't want to hear you gossiping about a patient, it's very unprofessional. You work in a field of helping people and if you are going to be harsh, judgemental, rude or gossip about clients then maybe you shouldn't work at a dental office. Whether it was about me or not it is was absolutely inappropriate and honestly disgusting to hear you make such rude assumptions and remarks about someone you don't know. I wasn't able to see who it was since it was right outside my door while I was in the chair.
