Absolutely do not go here! Terrible, landed me in the hospital with excruciating pain. Not to mention they did a root canal back in April, then just shoved some temporary white crap in my tooth. It is now January and I just got my crown. When I went in for the pain they told prescribed me some antibiotics, three days later I called back still experiencing pain… pretty much they just said sorry. Do not go here.

Most off putting of any medical experience I've ever had. I don't even know what to say. I scheduled for a cleaning and because my crown had popped off and my tooth underneath looked bad and brown. So, I get there and wait 30 minutes for X-rays. 30 more minutes and the dentist finally comes in. No hello, no how are you, no introduction. He just starts looking at the X-rays and telling the assistant "c1 on #13" and "jargon jargon on ##". Then he turns around, asks "are you having any problems?" I said "yes, my crown came off and it looks like the tooth underneath has been going bad." He asks the assistant what kind of exam I need, and she says a full exam. He doesn't sit down or anything, just leans over from behind with his belly resting on my forehead and basically taps my front four teeth and then is done. Not sure what a full exam entails but I would bet that was not it, although that's what they're billing. He says "well, since you have Medicaid you can get as many crowns as you want." And then walks out. Um, excuse me sir? I don't actually WANT some number of new crowns, but is there some I need? He didn't look under my unattached crown at the tooth I was worried about and left without a goodbye before I could remind him. He didn't tell me what he was telling the assistant regarding what work he thinks I need done. However, from overhearing the jargon, it sounded like he was recommending a cap for a baby tooth I have that never grew an adult tooth so it's shorter than the others. I assume that's what he meant because he mentioned to her "cosmetic" in the front. Great if that's an option, but you'd think he'd talk to me about it. I was about to leave right then, but at least wanted my teeth cleaned. 30 minutes later the hygienist came in and said she didn't have time and I'd need to rebook for the cleaning. The assistant said "go ahead to the front and book whatever procedures you want as many at a time as you want." What do you mean?? I still don't know what even apparently needs to be done and what about the tooth I actually came in for? To top it all of, the assistant told me when she started there she was going to school for dental hygiene but has since switched to criminology 🤣 maybe irrelevant but I found that funny. So to sum up: 1. An hour and a half for just X-rays, no cleaning which I was scheduled for, and a half assed "exam." 2. No information on what teeth might need something done and horrible bedside manner. I felt like a car at a mechanic. 3. Didn't even look at the tooth I came in for. 4. Felt like a cash cow to get as much work done as possible because I currently have Medicaid. I can't speak to their work because there's no way I'm going back. Also, before the practice comments that they have no record of my service, this is my maiden name. I did come in and will not be back. Even if I have to pay someone else because this was my insurance covered check up, this place was weird.
