I asked him if he had two of the medication’s for my son and he said he had only one and that he could call around and look for it or we could wait until Monday well, I couldn’t wait till Monday. I needed it yesterday because he had already had a dose and then I called my Husband and he told me that we cannot wait so I waited in line and I got back up to the same guy and I said hey would it be OK if you could look around for me please and then he said no I’m not gonna do that you have to do that for yourself and he said that in like a rude manner and it wasn’t professional my opinion if you can’t even look up a simple medication for someone and you work at a pharmacy please get a new job. This pharmacy needs to work on actually working with people. I recommend other pharmacies ( Also, I was able to get that medication for my son luckily at a different one.)

The pharmacist even helped me sign up for texts and I still never get them. I have never been able to log in to manage prescriptions on the app. It crashes every time I put in a verification code. They didn't get the prescription my doctor sent one time. I try to use their automated call system to request a refill and it sends a request for the wrong medication to my doctor, even after asking me to confirm. This happened twice. There weren't any issues like this before Smith's started using AI.

Guy threw a fit and started slamming drawer opened and closed and advised us that they don’t offer that service and to instead put in an order through curbside pickup.
