As always. Great job. My 9 yr old leans toward hyper anxiety these days. They were able to calm her fears and reverse her panic at the unknown. All went well and she didn’t feel pain.

Had a little hiccup with figuring out insurance and things got billed incorrectly. But they were quick to call me back and get it sorted out and get us back in the next day for some missed procedures. They communicated really well and Dr Burt is great

I’ve been bringing my kids here for about two years for cleanings and fillings. Earlier this month I brought my child in for a tooth ache and agreed to an unplanned two tooth extraction. It was awful and traumatic for both of us. Honestly, the dentist (who I’d NEVER SEEN BEFORE) was shaken after the procedure. Since my daughter was inconsolable, they advised us to head home and they would call us the next day to set up another appointment to finish the procedure.
They never called. I called them about a week later when I received a bill. There was zero follow up or concern for my daughter. I spoke with the manager and questioned why I received a bill but no one called me and was given an excuse of an administrative error. I mentioned how horrible the visit was and that I was apprehensive to schedule a follow up. Couldn’t care less. She later text me to give me an update on the lab work. I mentioned it was odd that my daughter had a nightmare visit and no one is asking what went wrong and how they can help. She responded that I could call them if I wanted to. I said I’ll find another provider because I cannot trust Children’s Crossing. Even when I went to pick up the device, no one asked for more information or how they could have done it differently. Now I’m stuck with half a procedure and have to find another dentist.
If you want surface level care, this is your place. If you want more skill or compassion for your child, go somewhere else.

My daughter was so nervous to go to her first dentist appointment and as soon as she walked in she was so excited. The office is so fun for kids. It ended up being harder to get her to leave because she was having so much fun. The dentist was thorough and kind and made it so easy. We will for sure be bringing all our kids here!

Dr. Tew and his team are so patient and thoughtful. He genuinely cares about each kid as a whole and not just their teeth. We’ve been going there years now and always have a positive experience even when things don’t go “well”. This last time, our kid was supposed to use laughing gas and have two teeth removed (which hasn’t been a problem in the past), but this time she absolutely lost it. Wouldn’t open her mouth, was being incredibly angry and trying to hit ppl away from her mouth (all which is very out of character for her) and instead of getting frustrated at all, Dr. Tew said he’d just stop and didn’t want to make this a bad experience for her. We made a new game plan and will go from there but it was so sweet to see how he cared about her bodily autonomy and feelings.
