  The staff is underwhelming and rude to newcomers. Instructors talk the entire time about their social life to members instead of instructing. They are also hyper aggressive about calling you to sign up for packages. They send an incredible number of texts and calls to berate you about joining. I finally gave in and purchased a punch-card. They made promises to me that they didn’t keep re: flexibility on utilization of punch cards. (I explained to them how much I travel for my military service). I have asked to speak to the owner to discuss a certain situation where I was ridiculed by an instructor. They have refused to escalate and told me to escalate this way “They are a corporation called Riser Fitness if you want to go to their website and reach out to them!” I signed up for a punchcard and stopped going because it became more stressful than enjoyable. I am hoping Summit Fitness will bring Reformer classes to this side of town. It is a great workout!

  Club pilates has been amazing in strengthening my entire body to help with my balance. I have more confidence hiking with my family. I love all the instructors and their attention to detail. The studio is always clean. Highly recommend this Pilates place!!

  I started pilates at this studio the beginning of November. I was very apprehensive about it because i was so out of shape. The teachers were so supportive and knowledgeable about helping me with some physical limitations that i was experiencing. They aren’t kidding when they say that that after one month you feel the difference, two months and you look different and three months and you have a brand new body!!! Four months down and i do have a brand new body!!! I didn't think that would happen at 64 years old! My kids who live far away did not believe that their mother could do a 30 second plank 3 x. I had to send them a video . Love, love my Pilates Club! Their amazing teachers and the many fun ladies I have met there! I am addicted
