- HBHeather BurchJun 16, 20255.0Club Pilates in Santa Clara, Utah is the absolute best! This has quickly become a non-negotiable in my life. Pilates is an incredible tool for me to help strengthen my muscles and has helped tremendously with back issues due to scoliosis. I take at least 4 classes a week and really, truly feel it if I miss. It’s a must. The instructor’s are so much fun. I primarily take Jessie and Amber’s mid-morning classes throughout the week and I LOVE them so much. I have also had incredible classes with Ari, McKenna, Mickell and Meg. Every instructor I have ever had has been wonderful. I love the variety of classes with everything from control classes to fascia stretching. If you’ve ever consider Pilates, you should come join us! It’s so much fun. The other members are so sweet and welcoming. Come party with us at Pilates and get healthy at the same time. I just took my 100th class in just a few months and will never not incorporate Pilates as part of my health journey.

The teachers were so supportive and knowledgeable about helping me with some physical limitations that i was experiencing. They aren’t kidding when they say that that after one month you feel the difference, two months and you look different and three months and you have a brand new body!!! Four months down and i do have a brand new body!!! I didn't think that would happen at 64 years old! My kids who live far away did not believe that their mother could do a 30 second plank 3 x. I had to send them a video . Love, love my Pilates Club! Their amazing teachers and the many fun ladies I have met there! I am addicted
