I was told I could pay cash or over several months. I was not given any options to pay less, not get as many arches etc. just strong armed and told there is only a 2 percentile of people who these arches do not work for. I was hesitant and very tired. I ended up paying and immediately regretted it. I contacted the Good Feet store at the email contact on their website. Requesting a refund and have not heard back from anyone. $3000 is an outrageous amount to spend on arches (no shoes or anything but arches) - there are numerous complaints online about these not working - so I would dispute the 2 percentile. Bottom line if I want to return the product and get a refund within 24 hours someone should contact me. I have never given a bad review but this is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like this is a hard sell and all that your store cares about is is the money and not doing right by the consumer.
