Each time they say my insurance is expired or invalid, I provide them with my “new card” and then magically the next time they don’t have my info. Got a prescription last week and provided insurance info and had the cost mostly covered by insurance. Sent husband to get a prescription today and they said my insurance info was invalid and charged him full price. It’s so annoying. They’re also incredibly slow, had a doctor send my prescription at 4pm and went the next day at noon and they said they still needed 30 minutes. Also denied me a Covid vaccine because I “had invalid insurance” and couldn’t find it by my social either. I’ve had the same insurance for 4 years!
