- KBKim BuchananJul 17, 20253.0The good thing is Is that I am very close to the Smiths and in his prime Tom Brady could throw a football as far as he could from my house about 7 or 8 really good throws and be from my house to the pharmacy. ... But nothing in life is ever convenient and free. The trade-off is a staff that at the worst of times when they are really busy and frustrated acts like They are really doing you favor by helping. And at the best of times We'll take longer than needed to come to the window even if you are standing there in 100° summer heat and waiting for someone just to acknowledge that you haven't passed over into the spirit realm with their really useful standing, curbside window. As useful as it is, they dont mucch like to look over. While at the end of the day I gave them 3 out of 5 stars because I do get my medication, sometimes they have taken more than a week to get my medication and it is maybe the most common, widely used medications around at the most normal generic milligram known to mankind so thats..... not great. CVS never had that problem. My favorite however was the Indian chap that works there who is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell is the most senior member of staff from the pecking order back there in the madhouse frenzy that is the 3 people that run around and do everything and act like its an understaffed Saturday morning iHop. I called to check on something I needed to speak to a pharmacist instead of the recording which was giving me inaccurate information as usual. So he answers the phone and being the professional and upstanding gentleman he is as a pharmacist he answers the phone like" Yeah?" 🤣 UMMM yeah is this a pharmacy hi I'm a customer would you like to start over ?? Yknow? so that's the kind of shortcoming you can expect but you will get your medication these people do work hard but they want you to know that they are putting their sweat blood and time into it so you'd better be grateful at the end ha ha.
