    I had to call to get help with some of my prescriptions and i was having a lot of confusion as to how to deal with the process as i have a new prescription. The gal on the phone was so sweet and patient and answered every question i had and got me all set up for pick up in less than 5 minutes. Im very grateful for her patience and kindness as im an individual who really struggles with phone calls of this nature.

    Constantly running out of name brand prescription they know insurance asks for. Also medication has been there long enough for them to know it was time to fill.

    Every encounter Ive had with this pharmacy has been excellent….in person and on the phone. Everyone is polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

    We've been coming here for years with some slow service. Seems like the past three months have been even slower and the customer service is getting worse. We've gone to the Smith's pharmacies wherever we've lived and this is by far the worst of them. The pharmacy techs are disrespectful and not helpful or friendly. Or prescriptions are rarely ready when they say they will be. Not impressed or pleased with the Sandy Smith's pharmacy. Planning on moving my families prescriptions after this last experience.
