The front desk receptionists do an amazing job at scheduling appointments, running appointments through insurance, giving appointment reminders, and are very friendly. Dr. Anderson takes a personal approach by thoroughly talking with his new patients about exactly what is going on with their pain, etc. He takes time with his patients and asks specific questions relating to their issues, which helps give each patient a customized treatment plan for future visits. He treats all patients with kindness and respect and takes time to get to know people. I really appreciate his expertise while I was pregnant with my sciatic nerve pain. More recently Dr. Anderson recommended seeing his massage therapist in the office. She was fantastic, and it was a really great experience. Overall, this is a great practice with great chiropractic care, and one of the few places left you can call and talk to a real person. Everyone is kind, respectful, and friendly!
