Always a pleasure coming here. Staff is always helpful, they see you quickly and respond to text messages which is great. Easy to get appointments and easy to adjust if something comes up. Both optometrists are super smart and are very receptive to any special requests or needs. Will always come back here.

I really recommend getting an eye exam at Warby Parker. Dr. Michael Conklin was very patient and helpful. I have astigmatism, and it took almost two months to find the right prescription, but he was supportive and understanding the whole time. The team was also very nice and helpful during my first contact lens trial, which made the whole experience even better 🤓

I had a great experience shopping here today. Hallie was a ton of help and helped me pick out the cutest glasses. They let me look around and I didn’t feel forced to buy anything… which made me want to buy new glasses! Can’t wait to get them!

The worst eye exam experience of my life -- after 3 months, 10+ pairs of trial contacts, and daily vision migraines, I went to another eye doctor and had a proper and working prescription within a week. The right prescription ended up being far off of all dimensions the Warby Parker team was working on. Incredibly frustrating to have this be a literal constant headache for months and not even get a refund. Feels crazy to have needed a second opinion to get a contacts prescription right. Don't waste your time and vision here.

The staff is kind, but they have been a nightmare to work with. My insurance says Warby Parker is covered but when I went in the staff said "something wasn't working" with my insurance so I needed to pay out of pocket, but promised me it was covered and they would run my insurance afterwards and refund me.
A few days later they told me that, actually, I need to submit the claim with my insurance because the doctor I saw wasn't "set up" with United yet. And honestly, the doctor I saw was not the doctor I had scheduled with in the first place.
I've spent so much time on the phone with them and the insurance company - I am so frustrated with this experience.
