- GGGabrielle GrubaughFeb 18, 20261.0honestly one of the most unprofessional experiences i’ve ever had, i sat for 20 minutes after my exam exam was supposed to start and they had no idea when it would be so i could get my exam. to clarify i was there on time and checked in then sat for 20 minutes before someone even came to check on me. the person working the counter was unhelpful and the only solution was to reschedule me since i had work in 30 minutes. they had no way to even ask the doctor when he would be done. this is super unfortunate since every experience i’ve had here was so wonderful but this left such a bad taste in my mouth.

We got notification the next day that my glasses are already shipped to the wrong address, despite verifying with the attendant our correct address twice. I am not going to dock stars for the local company, but the corporate Warby Parker needs to review their logistic, I just hope they got the right prescription.
