- RDRyan DuncanDec 13, 20251.0We came here for the weekend to help my sick grandfather. My wife forgot her medication (which he needs every day). We called this pharmacy at 10 to have it transferred here for an emergency. The man on the phone seemed very upset that he had to do his job, my wife told them that our home pharmacy closed at 1pm and they say would take of it. At 1pm my wife called smith’s again, this time a woman answered. She immediately said “ya they’re closed now”. She said that the first man didn’t write my wife’s number down, and that they didn’t get it transferred. We ended up having to leave to drive back to our home over an hour and a half away to get the medication from our house. I’ve never had a bad experience here but we’ll be going elsewhere. Don’t give these people your money.

- HCHappy CampersSep 1, 20171.0Have been filling my prescriptions with Smiths for over 6 years, in this location 2 years. I've always been generally happy, the staff was quick, friendly and helpful. Always explained everything. The pharmacist is/was a sweet lady (she may still be there). I'm not sure what has happened during the last couple months, I'm confident it is a staff change. The tech I spoke to was rude and flat out lied. What's worse is that she stated the pharmacist told her they were to busy. Every month I pick up my medications and do my monthly shopping trip, I generally like the routine I had... after this, I will be moving all of my scripts to another smiths. Such a shame.
