Always explained everything. The pharmacist is/was a sweet lady (she may still be there). I'm not sure what has happened during the last couple months, I'm confident it is a staff change. The tech I spoke to was rude and flat out lied. What's worse is that she stated the pharmacist told her they were to busy. Every month I pick up my medications and do my monthly shopping trip, I generally like the routine I had... after this, I will be moving all of my scripts to another smiths. Such a shame.
