    Made appointments for vaccines. They went over 30 minutes past our appointment time. If the vaccinations do not work in the pharmacy workflow then take walk ins, but don't set appointments. With appts made at other pharmacies, we were able to get them within 5 min. We were unable to make other obligations because of this.

    I have always had a pleasant, friendly experience at this location. Taylor and Ivy, and all the staff are great, reminding me of benefits, and even calling me when I dropped something leaving, before I reached my car, and making sure I received it when I returned! It a very busy location, and I appreciate all of them for their kindness and patience! Thank you!

    I went to pick up a prescription inhaler. Because it wasn't ready yet, I decided I would just come back the next morning. I go back and they tell me it was picked up yesterday. Obviously that didn't happen because I can't take a full breath. From their perspective, maybe they think I'm crazy or am trying to steal something. But I didn't have to argue or anything they just worked it out and I got my inhaler. Though the pharmacy might want to check their staff for incompetence or thievery.

    The pharmacy technicians here are incompetent, and need their performance to be reevaluated. The two worst offenders are the old lady with giant brunette hair, and the bald man. I've had several issues between these two, from over charging for my prescriptions, not running my insurance correctly, and refusing to fill prescriptions for various excuses. I know the problems arise from these two, because every single time this occurs, I drive over to Smith's on 9400 S. and like magic my prescription is filled without a single inconvenience. I'm never going to this pharmacy again.
