- DHDaniel HendersonAug 12, 20251.0Most embarrassing moment trying to pick up anxiety medicine from the same pharmacy Smiths in Sugar House. Filled it there last time but because I use another pharmacy in Layton when I lived there for my back doctor she refused to fill it or transfer it. She can clearly see in the state reports I don’t doctor shop but I’m being discriminated against for being an injured vet. I’m automatically an abuser of these medications that I haven’t refilled in Over a MONTH!!! ANY VETERANS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST WOUNDED VETERANS. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

- COChris OhsiekMay 29, 20251.0Very rude young man working at this location who acts very bossy, condescends and not very helpful. I walked up to the side of the counter where it says “Pick Up” when I picked up a prescription one evening and he tells me to go over to the other end. I asked him if I can go paperless with the drug information and he arrogantly tells me that it’s not an option. I tried making an appointment for a shingles vaccine online and the system would not let me; therefore I asked him to do it and said he could not and tells me appointments are not necessary. Therefore it’s a hit or miss for me? I risk the vaccine not being available plus someone authorized to administer it not being available? What an inconvenience! He also forgets to ask for my Rewards card on previous visits so I scanned it myself and firmly tells me not to reach over the counter as if I were his pee-on employee. Very bouncer like attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever. I told him that I have worked customer service before and will report him if he gets anymore authoritative attitudes. He says he will never get fired. Later that evening i looked at the receipt and discovered his name was Chase. I will not fill at this location anymore whatsoever because of his arrogance and ungratefulness towards customers!
