- TTtshane3May 14, 20255.0So helpful! I’m so thankful for these guys, my wife got out of surgery and they filled our prescription right as they were closing even though I was technically too late. This was was extra helpful since everywhere else was already closed
- SCSpencer ColemanFeb 25, 20251.0The last several times we have sent messages about refilling prescriptions, the prescriptions haven’t actually been filled. We have had issues with out of stock medications before and generally they have been helpful. Lately though they don’t seem to care. Idk if it is new employees but their system is supposed to be automated so when it says it’s ready for pickup, I expect it to be ready. Not only that but if the medication has no more refills, then why is there still an automated message to refill? Ok, so I had 6 doses left when that came through. For the last few days, I’ve called to check on the status or my wife has gone in to check on the status while she is there and they keep saying they’re waiting for a response. Today was the last straw. I have 1 dose left and they claimed they’ve sent 3 refill requests. I called my doctor’s office as well and let them know the pharmacy has sent in 3 refill requests and they have none on file Not cool Smith’s! You’ve been great for the last 5 years I’ve lived in the area, why drop the ball now? I’m going somewhere else.
