I credit Dr. Miller with saving my life twice. 1st the cardiac condition that was discovered and resolved immediately by a cardiac procedure. 2nd on my 18 month check up Dr. Miller noticed on my blood test there was an anomaly that required further diagnosis from another specialist outside of cardiac treatment. That diagnosis circumvented a problem that would have eventually lead to very serious condition later. Regarding the staff, I find them all to be very helpful and courteous. The other reviews I think are very unfair to the office in general. Dr. Miller and his team are all very interested in the service they provide and have instituted surveys and request feedback to insure they are providing the best care possible. I highly recommend Intermountain Heart Center.

This office is a total nightmare. My worst experience was with the lady in their billing department, who I am too polite to call out by name. I asked what the repayment options were and her response was "well we can send you to collections or put you on a payment plan". So nice. At one point she hung up on me. When I called and asked for someone else to help me, she says "you must not have a job", and, the "world doesnt revolve around you". I asked for a supervisor, which she said she didnt have, but that there was an office manager that conveniently wouldnt come to the phone. I left them my phone number to call me back, no call received. All the while, my bill states that a different insurance company was billed than the one i actually have.....I understand that mistakes happen on bills, but there is absolutely no excuse for being quite that rude. If I ever have heart problems again, I think I would rather just die than deal with their terrible billers again.

I was at your location for an echo stress test on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. When I arrived, I greeted the blonde girl at the registration and she ignored me, she continued doing whatever she was doing and it wasn't until she was done that she finally said, what is your name. She then proceeded to give me documents that I have already signed and faxed over to your facility to save time and speed up the process since I was already late. She stated that she did not know anything about and that I had to do it. I told her that I had talked to the person I faxed the info to and she verified that all documents were received and in my file. This person excuse was, I'm just doing my job, this is my second week working here. I believe that when it comes to clients we all should be greeted and not being ignored like I was that day. I know we all can have stressful days at work, I myself am a Paralegal and have to deal with tons of clients, work, etc. Also, the lady that performed my echo was standing behind the desk when all of this was taking place and she was not rude but not kind either. Finally, even though I liked Dr. Miller, I do not want to be a patient at your facility after I received such a poor service.
