At the end of the class, she provides supportive and restorative positions for you to soak in the physical push you explored in the beginning. She provides the ultimate balance of poses to receive the full benefits of yoga. I believe that she succeeds in the full dynamic and teaching of vinyasa with the restorative yoga flow. Love her class!!

Even though we had paid and booked the class. What’s the point of reserving a spot if it’s going to be given away? Doesn’t make much sense to me. Really liked CorePower at first but the last two experiences have been really problematic and going to look into other studios.
