Barre3 has the best community, teachers and owner. I’ve tried many studios, and none compare to Barre3 in SLC. I love the playlists, support and different variations of the exercises. I never feel embarrassed when i feel like I need to modify, which is huge. The classes meet you where you are at!

I’ve been coming here for years, ever since my toddler was just a few months old and it’s truly been such an important part of my life. I’m so grateful for the childcare option, which is a lifesaver for moms, and the wonderful community here. This place has seen me through so much, and I’m incredibly thankful for it. It’s owned and operated with the utmost care. Special shoutout to Emily at the front desk, who is always extra friendly and helpful!

Super fun classes and are always different! The 60 min class flies by… great stress reliever. The music is consistently at the perfect level and the teachers timing for providing instruction for next moves is spot on!

I love barre3 slc! The studio is located in Trolly Square near Whole Foods. It’s a woman owned, beautifully designed modern studio that includes showers with luxury products, child care, and a locally sourced boutique. The front desk staff is very welcoming. The barre3 workouts themselves are intense and rewarding with high rep positions focusing on core, legs, arms and cardio. The instructors suggests modifications for every skill type. The studio is a safe judgement free place where everyone is welcome. All classes end with mindful breath work where they turn the lights low and you rest in a comfortable position (typically laying on your back on a yoga mat). It’s truly the best workout I’ve ever done. I love barre3 and the owner Katie opened up the best studio in Salt Lake City! Oh also your first week is free so you can try it out before you commit to the studio!
