- BSB SAug 15, 20255.0I met with Dr. Joel Dall yesterday at Alpine Orthopedics and had a truly exceptional experience. His support staff (Cindy I believe) were fast, efficient and polite. My need was urgent and they were able to get me in the next day! Dr Dall could not have been any better. He took the time to listen and then educate me about the issue by walking me through the MRI results, (frame by frame) then gave me very detailed and reasoned options for next steps. He said he would order an MRI. Four weeks later I called and the MRI wasn't ordered yet. A few weeks after that he wanted another appointment. We sat in the waiting room, and after 50 minutes with no updates we decided to leave. We didn't feel my wife's injury was of much importance to them and we will be finding a new doctor. This experience wasted 9 weeks of our time.
