The people are incredibly friendly, the instructors phenomenally trained, and there is even childcare (so rare!) for moms! Talk about supporting women. Very unusual in the gym community. Also a very reasonable cancellation policy.. I like it so much, I got my husband to join. People at all levels of fitness will feel very welcomed.

I love the playlists, support and different variations of the exercises. I never feel embarrassed when i feel like I need to modify, which is huge. The classes meet you where you are at!
