- CCCarsen ChadwickAug 6, 20251.0Terrible customer service! Every worker is rude! First experience: showed up to pick up a prescription for my sick child. I stood for 5 full minutes at the counter, 3 feet from the pharmacist and one of the techs while they chatted. When I asked if I could please get some help the tech put the closed sign in front of the register and walked away! The pharmacist said nothing and walked away! Waited another 5 minutes for someone else to walk up to help me, during which time I made eye contact with every worker, similar to another review in here. It’s bad culture from poor leadership! Second experience: I stood back 12 feet from the register to give privacy to the customer in front of me. The pharmacy tech yelled at me and said she had to have me stand back behind the sign 25 feet away. It’s Literally so far away that you don’t see the sign if you enter the pharmacy from the east side. Then she tried not to run my insurance even though it was on file and would have been covered 100%. Don’t worry, there won’t be a third experience!
