They are very incompetent. I was told that I could not get dental service from them because for two weeks I had to call and request a medication 4X within 2 weeks with no update or anything pertaining to the prescription. and I was told by this girl named Hannah that that is not their obligation to update me on anything going on with medical requests or anything of that nature. I am now Filing an official complaint with Medicaid, I would not recommend anybody to use these people. They are terrible!!! I cannot Over state that enough. Run don’t walk if you can use any other dental office I 100% would do that. They dropped the ball at every turn with the simplest of tasks! Seriously, what is going on with the incompetence in this town???
