- KHKristin HDec 26, 20255.0Chelsea was great! She was nice and did a thorough job of fitting my feet to inserts. This visit was actually a refitting/adjustment for the 3 different types with the lifetime warranty. I have had my first inserts for about 6 years and honestly they worked great for me. Today at my fitting there was a substantial visual difference in my foot prints from the visit. The arches are very visible when they were much less so previously. I kept everything from the first time so I was actually able to see how much these worked for me rather than just feeling it working. When I originally used these after adjusting to it, my feet felt so much better. I had flat feet, have nerve damage in my right foot and plantar fasciitis in both. These did wonders for my feet. After my feet adjusted, it took nearly 6 years for me to be like oh my feet are feeling a bit tired and achy, I think it’s time for the adjustment/refitting. The lifetime warranty and Chelsea made this process very easy and I’m looking forward to using my inserts from the adjusted fitting. Thanks for helping my feet!

- JCJamie COct 13, 20253.0Do I currently have buyers remorse? Yes. I wish I had read the reviews before going and spending $1800 on the 3-step system. I should have gone to a podiatrist before going to the good feet store. It probably would’ve been significantly cheaper and better to go to a doctor rather than a salesperson who probably works off commission. I hope that these inserts help in the long run. My main issue has been my plantar fasciitis which has affected my ability to walk for a long period of time, as well as work out. The staff member who helped me said that I would see a difference in about a week. It’s been 2 and it has not improved. I know they are not doctors nor is it easy for anyone to say that something will improve since each body is drastically different.
