I should have gone to a podiatrist before going to the good feet store. It probably would’ve been significantly cheaper and better to go to a doctor rather than a salesperson who probably works off commission. I hope that these inserts help in the long run. My main issue has been my plantar fasciitis which has affected my ability to walk for a long period of time, as well as work out. The staff member who helped me said that I would see a difference in about a week. It’s been 2 and it has not improved. I know they are not doctors nor is it easy for anyone to say that something will improve since each body is drastically different.
