  I'd caution anyone from getting into any sort of "membership" with StretchLab - Riverton. The stretch sessions are what they are and after 3-4 I did not find them beneficial. Only wish I would have taken the time to read the multiple other reviews about the same issue I am having with this location. The challenge comes from the business side when you want to discontinue/cancel your membership . Agreement is you have to submit in writing 30 days advance to cancel membership, however once you do submit in writing they delay and request you fill out a paper cancelation request and then still bill you for another full cycle a month later. In my case, I was billed another full month even though I requested in writing 31 days in advance and returned their "form" at the exact 30 day mark. Site assistant manager is unable/unwilling to help, been waiting over a week for the "franchise owner" to get in contact with me. Use caution when signing up for any sort of membership.

  StretchLab is such a great place! It’s helped me and I’ve seen it help so many people physically! Everyone there is so nice and they are each working towards your well-being. I’m grateful to be apart of StretchLab and I reccomend anyone who is in pain to try out a stretch!

  Please, under no circumstances should you sign anything with stretch lab in riverton. If you wanted to get a stretch, just pay one at a time. I had an unbelievably poor experience with Bailey, the manager. My schedule changed and I wasn’t able to get in for my 4 stretches a month. And I tried to cancel two months ago. Bailey, kept the account open, offering to “freeze” it. Yet freezing it still costs a monthly payment, albeit less than normal. Then after asking multiple times to cancel my account. Bailey kept saying she can’t do it and I have to come into the store and cancel it. When she told me that, I was in Brazil…and had to pay another fee because she wouldn’t cancel it. Another month goes by and my account still wasn’t canceled. I requested to speak with the owner and guess who calls me…BAILEY!!! So I told her what I thought of the system and how impossible it is to cancel. A few minutes after the call, I get a note from her saying this: Hi Brent, due to the threatening & derogatory language directed toward me over the phone, your membership has been terminated immediately & you are no longer welcome at StretchLab Riverton. We will not be engaging in any further communication regarding this matter. Well shoot, I guess she could cancel it after all! Haha. Although I did not threaten her nor did a use any derogatory language. Yes, I was upset, and my voice was raised. She called me after I had already texted my displeasure in her not canceling my account months ago. And guess what? I paid for 16 stretches and only received 9. Which means, they were in the positive big time on me. But they wanted to keep my account open and refused to cancel it after many attempts. I’m going to report this to the city’s department of commerce. See if the owner will respond to them. Franchise is a complete joke!
