- KMKammy McLachlanJan 30, 20251.0Be very careful. Lots of changes in staff and not knowledgeable in how the suits should be fitted. I was an original member and over time so many changes in staff and then the suits started not working and you would just be put in whatever suit was available. Last suit I was put in was too long and caused serious damage and went in to see if they were going to change my suit size and they were still going to use the same suit as last time. Paying over $300 a month and I can't get the right size suit. Then they want to charge me another monthly fee when I cancel my membership. If you can't provide me the correct suit then I should not be charged another monthly fee!
