    I’ve shopped for glasses all over Ogden Valley—literally from one end to the other—but I keep coming back to the Target Optical in Riverdale because of their outstanding customer service. Alex, the store manager, is a true professional in every sense. I’ve purchased multiple pairs of both regular glasses and sunglasses here over the years, and I’ve never once had a bad experience. Alex has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers. The onsite optometrist is really great also! In a time when great service feels increasingly rare, this store truly stands out. I highly recommend them!

    The doctor and Alex were super friendly and helpful! I was in and out of my appointment in about 15 minutes, and had my new glasses picked out within 30. It was such an easy and smooth experience from start to finish, and I will be going back in the future.

    Alex is stellar! He had answers to all our questions and was very thorough. Looked up our insurance and explained it and the warranty well. We were able to get in, pick out glasses and get everything paid in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic customer service! Would recommend to anyone!
