  We couldn't be happier with our experience at Northwest Orthotics. Dr. Branch and the entire staff were outstanding from start to finish. They were always quick to answer the phone, addressed every question and concern we had throughout the process, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. Anytime we were worried about something, they got us in right away. The level of care and attentiveness they showed our son made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Highly recommend them to any family going through the helmet process — they truly go above and beyond.

  My son had to wear a helmet for a moderate flat spot on his head. He had the helmet for 4 months (graduated today) and I have been impressed with Russ and his office each step of the way! Russ gave me his number at the first appointment and told me to contact him if any concerns came up outside of office hours. He was happy to see us sooner the couple of times I had questions or concerns and always found a way to get us in even if he was booked. His office staff was happy to help me cancel and reschedule appointments and always spoke to me with kindness and understanding. They were also very patient with my oldest as she could be a little wild at our appointments. It was a pleasure to work with Russ and his office the last few months! I highly recommend Russ if your baby needs a helmet. We will miss seeing them!

  My teenage son has had a lot of appointments after finding out he has scoliosis and he commented to me that he has only felt comfortable when he was talking with Kyle. My son felt like he was talking with a real person who cared about him. We have been pleased by the prompt, considerate, and excellent care provided by those at Northwest Orthotics and Prosthetic.

  I'm very happy with my experience getting my baby a helmet here. Russ was very helpful and knowledgeable. The office was clean, front desk was nice, but most importantly my son's head is nice and round now!

  Loved them! My baby needed a helmet for awhile. They were all so nice! Russ is the best! He always answered all my questions. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond! Great experience!
