  I was treated by and had a bad experience with Samantha Allan. She did not inform me about the risks and how hard it would be to come off of my medication, if I had known, I would have never started in the first place. I also found out I should have been getting labs done regularly and she did not order or recommend a single one. Once I expressed my concerns about the medication and suggested a lower dose, she responded with “This isn’t like ordering food, you can’t just tell me what dose you want” I was very upset by this and filed a formal complaint. Loren Mitchell, the executive director, personally called me to listen to my experience so he could address the issue with the provider. He made me feel listened to and I feel like something will actually be done with it. His first concern was if I was going to get the care I need. He gave me information about other potential providers and showed his support of my decision whether that be to stay at Sundance or move to a different practice. I am very happy with how he handled this. Do not go to Samantha Allan, but the other providers are more on top of things and the administration of Sundance listens and cares about your health.

  Dr Michael Ah You is the best Practitioner I’ve gone to. I could tell he had genuine care / concern. He really listened and made sure to get a full picture and assist in the best manner possible. I felt much better and hopeful after having seen him. I highly recommend him. I give thanks! :)
