  The clinic is super engaged with your recovery and really adapt to your needs concerning the brain trauma. All therapists and doctors have a lot of knowledge and share this with you. I really improved a lot in those two weeks.

  This place and these people are incredible. I never thought there was a treatment option that existed for post concussion syndrome. After 10 years of symptoms and not being able to run, I found CFX and started to gain hope in getting my life back. I just finished my 2 week EPIC treatment, and I am exercising and running 30 ft per day without symptoms. I can’t believe I’m on the road to recovery thanks for CFX, and I strongly encourage anyone with lasting concussion symptoms to explore treatment here!!!

  After not being able to recover from a concussion caused by a car accident I was met with dead ends and not much hope. Enter Cognitive FX! They have changed my life. I was very skeptical of this program and then I read the reviews. They are genuine, honest, but probably understated. Having a brain injury causes so many symptoms that I didn’t understand. The staff at CFX took so much time diagnosing, listening, helping, and pushing me. I don’t know what I would have done without this place. Please spread the word about this wonderful place!

  The science appears real. The clinical accountability was not. My family member is an elite athlete who has had daily headaches and post-concussion symptoms since October. After five months of neurologists finding nothing on standard MRI, we came to CognitiveFX for the EPIC treatment week. The fNCI technology gave us an most objective picture of what was wrong. Her before and after scores moved dramatically. The therapists across all six disciplines were skilled and clearly invested in her recovery. But here is what the program failed to deliver. On day one I made one explicit request: by Friday we need an honest clinical assessment of when and if she can return to sport. Friday's end-of-week review was conducted by a nurse and a trainer. We were told three of the four physicians listed on the wall do not come in, and one wasn't coming in the entire week we were there. We had to fight just to get a zoom scheduled with a physician — for the following Tuesday, after we were already home. Worse: CognitiveFX ordered a cervical spine MRI on day two. The radiologist's report — signed and completed by Wednesday — found degenerative disc disease out of proportion for a 19-year-old's age with vertebral wedging from chronic axial loading. Nobody told us. We found out from a chiropractor we saw on the way to the airport Friday afternoon. CognitiveFX had that report for three days while we were in their facility and said nothing. We subsequently learned the cervical finding may have been a significant contributor to five months of daily headaches. We are now seeing spine specialists. The diagnostic tool is legitimate. The treatment protocols are real. But a medically supervised program requires physicians who are present, accessible, and accountable for communicating findings to patients. That is not what we received. When we brought it up, we were argued with. Eventually, we achieve a half-hearted apology we did not get any plan at the end of the week. Not a great experience.
