Now you just get "What's" your date of birth and name." I know they are beyond exhausted from being over worked. I was told by one of the Technicians there are not enough Technicians. That they all have quit! The line to pick up your prescriptions is outrageous!!! There is not one time I have gone to Smith's Pharmacy and it doesn't matter the day or time, there are at least 5 to 7 people standing in line waiting for at least 30 to 45 minutes. It's ridiculous! You need to get a Pharmacist who can also manage their team! What happened to Pharmacist, Heather? Now she knew how to lead and train her team and still make time to talk to her patients. She was wonderful! Smith's Pharmacy in Payson, UT is such mess!!! FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!!!😡😡😡

I give this pharmacy a five because they are quick to get things done, but I really appreciate the way Heather the Pharmacist will talk to you about the medications you are taking, how they work, their side effects, and their interactions with each other. She really answered a lot of questions from me and made me feel better about having to take the medications. She took time out of her busy schedule to make sure I got the attention needed.
