- RSRyan SNov 17, 20251.0Wait times are always crazy. Even when it’s been called in for over a hour. You show up, wait in line for over ten minutes. Then they say wait 25 more minutes! And don’t come during lunch! For same reason they close the whole pharmacy and everyone takes lunch at the same time. Super odd

- JWJ WhitJul 11, 20192.0Staff has always been nice however not respectful of other’s time. I got here about 45 min after leaving doctor. My prescription hadn’t been sent over yet so I called the doctor. They sent it. Pharmacy told me about 20 min. So I shopped a bit and came back 20 min later. They said they did not fill it since my insurance doesn’t cover that med. I asked why they didn’t call? I was told because they knew I was waiting so they’d ask me if I want it filled when I came back. That makes no sense. I said yes, fill it. Then I was told another 20-30 minutes! I asked for a supervisor and was told it is because there are three waiters ahead of me. I clarified that I had been here before they were sitting there waiting in chairs. And it didn’t matter. Now an hour of my day is wasted because their staff has no respect for my time. Very frustrating! Especially with kids in tow.
