The lady with a neck brace for one was super pushy about me renewing my pro membership even after I told her I would later. I was in a hurry today. And then I couldn’t remember what my account was under and she told me she COULD NOT check me out without my membership. I had to walk out. She needs help with training and when being too pushy is a thing.
