Definitely a budget dentist. Fast and not very thorough teeth cleaning. Busy dentists that don’t have time to give you personalized care when you come in for a cleaning, but they work with many insurance providers.

My son is disabled, and dental visits can be difficult. The staff, techs, and dentists at Young Family Dental have been very patient and kind. They have been wonderful to work with.

We had seen online reviews of others but after seeing that it was a constant problem on the guests side instead of the dentist we gave them a visit making the appointment was easy we were expecting to pay at least something it was a dentist visit after all after asking for the pricing on wisdom teeth removal we decided on the options then continued the dentist himself was super nice introduce himself upon entering the room when it came to it he was super quick and good at making sure that there wasn’t any unnecessary pain during the procedure it was almost instant pain has been little to none most definitely would recommend

We bring our kids here and it’s great. Our kids our small so they came in the back with us when they were finished but the office lobby has pretty much all the kids movies you can imagine. Very nice people who are very good with kids as well! We drive 30 minutes or more but it’s worth it!
VERY unprofessional. I went in this January for a cleaning and exam. Before to my appointment (Orem location) and when scheduling, I called the office to confirm that my dental insurance would fully cover the visit and I was told that it would.
On the day of my appointment, I double checked with the front desk to ensure my insurance was on file and that the cleaning and exam would be covered. When the hygienist brought me back, just to be 100% sure I asked her to confirm with the front desk before starting, cause it was my first time using this insurance and I wanted to be absolutely certain. Each time I was reassured that everything would be covered. Based on those repeated confirmations, I proceeded with the appointment otherwise, I would NOT have.
Two days ago I received a text stating that I owe $326 for my cleaning. When I called the office to resolve the issue the staff member I spoke with was rude/belittling and informed me that they do not actually accept my insurance when I was told multiple times that they would. She explained rudely and very unapologetically that a new employee made a mistake when verifying my coverage.
I understand that mistakes can happen but I should NOT be financially responsible for an error that was entirely the dental offices fault. Especially after confirming coverage multiple times! There were several opportunities to catch this issue and inform me before proceeding, but instead I was consistently given incorrect information.
I also reached out via email and have not received a response. Overall this situation was handled very unprofessionally and felt disrespectful. I was offered a reduction in cost but I was told there was nothing further they could do.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this dental office.
