I asked for her to look up my prescription and gave my information and she said they didn't have it. When I asked if Lenscrafters has a general database of their patients she said no. I called another store and the very professional and helpful associate looked up my prescription in about 30 seconds and this store was not where I had my exam. Taking my business elsewhere.
