They even went above & beyond and called me before to make sure I was all situated and had any questions answered. The instructors are kind, professional, and phenomenal at what they do. There is such a good energy in the studio and taking classes there has been such a confidence booster. The lighting, music, and cool towels elevate the experience. So far, I’ve been to the Power and Hot classes which were both excellent. I am so happy I got a membership here! I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We did a slow, hot yoga flow and were given cool towels that smelled like essential oils at the end. I left feeling so good and totally ready to tackle the rest of my day!
