- LKLindsey KomaromyFeb 7, 20261.0I came in tonight at 5pm with two of my kids who had just been to the eye dr. When we walked in the two employees were sitting at the counter glued to their phones. I wanted to get in and out quickly and fully intended to buy them both glasses. They each tried on probably 20 pairs and walked circles around the store. The employees both sat at the counter in the middle of the store not once looking up at us let alone acknowledging our presence. We were there for fifteen minutes and were the only customers in the store the whole time. Out of principle, I will not give business to a store whose employees are so incredibly rude. It is mind boggling to me that not once did they say, "Hello, can I help you?" Nothing. When we left I told one of the employees how crazy it was that no one offered to help us. Even while I was talking to the one woman telling her how it is disappointing that no one helped us, the second employee just sat glued to her phone. Didnt look up once. It's crazy to me that employees just sit on their phones unwilling to do their job. If I was the manager I would certainly want to know! Happy to spend my money elsewhere!

Dr. Edmunds answered all my questions and was very precise in trying to figure out my prescription, as it had been a very long time since my last exam. The store service was great too, the employees were helpful in giving advice and providing their opinions as to which frames looked better on me. Definitely will continue to buy glasses here in the future and will recommend to friends.
