  This store has a great team. Working in the mall has lead me to going to this location plenty of times. That being said, the new manager (Troy) in the store does not foster an environment of enjoyment for customers, nor what seems to be an environment of growth for his team. I see him walking around the mall for half the day and when I go into the store (while he's walking the mall) his team is working very hard. When I've been helped by him, at the register, he's always chewing on a pen cap, and brushing off any customer interaction. Thats part of what makes this location my favorite one I've been to. Ive felt in the past that I could ask questions, get answers, and the staff remember my name, my purchases (that they helped answer questions for) and follow-up. That's not part of their job, and I know I shouldn't expect it, however, why should I go out of my way, when I'm not at work, to go to a store thats like all of the others. Like I said, this team is great. I just think it would help to have someone else leading it that's willing and ready to do what he's asking his team to do, rather than telling them to work and then leaving the store.

  I never had any problems with this store, actually Orem university mall is my first choice to get my supplements. But tonight around 7-7:30 pm I was looking for some specific supplements that I saw online. I asked for them to the guy that was working. He was very rude and it seemed like he didn’t want to help us. I had a picture of the supplement and he didn’t even saw the picture which is fun because he’s answer was. “No”. I bought protein tho, and there’s not problem with the GNC store to me. The only thing I’d like to point out is to consider how your employees treat your customers.
