    I so frustrated right now its un believable at this point both my chairs are at this place and I don't have either. Had a schedule to come out they not the lady is blaming me saying I was called and never was no one has one me but last Friday but to tell me they chair was ready no issues ever came up then. I call get time and date its past that no one called to tell me they canceled anything and now I being blamed with. You can't pick up phones this has gone one for over a year fighting for it everything to the pointbi can lose it again and have to start over so pissed right now

    I've had good experiences with ordering a Sleep Safe bed, adjustments to wheelchair and getting a wheelchair through Shriners with NSM. We were also successful, when many aren't, in getting a Cubby Bed. I recommend asking directly for Phil or Rocco. Otherwise things stall or don't happen. I have mixed feelings.

    TL;DR: Incompetent, terrible service. Do yourself a favor and use any other company to get a wheelchair. I started the process of ordering a chair through NSM in September 2023. After asking a couple of questions Phil Swanson said I should get a specific chair, that was not the right chair for me, he only asked about a few of the configuration options for the chair. If I had not done a lot of research and work myself the chair that he suggested would have been a disaster for me. I asked about a footrest option that would be the most helpful for me and Phil said it wasn't available. After I researched the footrest option, I found that it was available and sent him the specifics. Phil was clearly trying to put in the least amount of work possible. He said it would take about two months to get the chair. From this point the only time any progress was made on the order was when I followed-up. NSM never volunteered information for let me know status updates, I had to ask, and rarely got any helpful information. When calling for a status update, I'd get responses like "I don't know what the notes on this order mean, so I don't know what is going on." Four months later after numerous follow-up calls, emails, etc. They had finally gotten the paperwork together and had insurance pre-authorization and submitted a PO to the manufacturer. After multiple requests I received a copy of the PO, which was wrong. I sent the corrections to NSM for them to correct the order. They have now submitted 3 POs and after many more follow-ups with Rocco Monaco and Phil Swanson, I still don't have the wheelchair, can’t get any information from the Ogden office (Rocco or Phil). For a long time, I figured I had gotten through the hard part since the order had pre-authorization from my insurance, and it can't be hard to get the chair built and delivered. This clearly isn’t going anywhere and I’m giving up on this terrible Company.

    I'm on my second wheelchair from this company. Great customer service. My brakes weren't working right and they came to my house to fix them... I was 5 years into the chair, they fixed it as well as they could and then looked at my insurance and told me I could order a new one in (they told me the exact date it could be ordered. I have had wheelchairs that were broken and I would just find another used wheelchair. They had a time period where they were cycling through employees, about the same time as the rest of employment in the USA got strained... they explained and found people to come do the repairs.
