  I switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy last year and they have been great! They are very efficient and always stocked. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

  This is now the 2nd time I requested a refill, and when I try to get it, it magically doesn't exist so it's not filled. I requested a refill 2 days ago, so I wouldn't be in this situation where I don't have my meds. I tried to get them after work last night, and it wasn't finished or being worked on. I probably should have checked earlier, but am I dumb for believing y'all would do your job? Now, I have to wait until 9 AM to make sure you guys fill my meds even if I have to sit there for an hour. Then on New Years Eve, you waited until like 10 minutes before you closed early to make my Rx ready, so I didn't have my meds for 2 days. I am a kind person, but it isn't healthy for my brain to not have this medication. It is critical to my quality of life. Go find a different job, bro! This isn't the type of work where you can just not give 100%. It is wreckless.

  I have been getting my scripts filled at the Smith’s 12th and Harrison location for over a decade. I have almost always been greeted with a positive attitude (the few grumpy/rude-ish times were from people who didn’t stick around very long). The wait times have been very reasonable and understandable. Only time I was unable to fill a script is during a recent national shortage.

  Closing ten minutes early for no apparent reason is unprofessional and dangerous for those of us that are on antidepressants and cannot skip a dose.
